Job security

So I work as a software developer, and being involved in IT-related activities i can understand how something like this could happen... it's just that it usually doesn't and when it does it's in a movie or something. So this fellow locked out San Francisco officials from some important network. As the title says, this is one surefire way to get job security... unfortunately it'll probably also land you in jail, which is a bit of a downside to this particular plan.
